2. I don't know about websites, but there is at least one book on things you can make with one skein. My favorite stash buster, for worsted weights at least, are kids mittens, hats and scarves. You can stripe them to use up odds and ends, and find a charity mitten tree at Christmastime for donation- anything handmade is going to be the cutest thing on the tree.
3. I have experience of that from Pfizer. They were using those program questionnaires to save money in the long run, in theory anyway. I had many suggestions to eat less cheese. It was amusing and annoying at the same time.
