Oh my

Take 1 sheet of puff pastry, crumble/spread 3 oz of gorgonzola dolce over it, arrange on top halved fresh figs cut side down.  Drizzle with a tablespoon of honey and bake 20 minutes in an oven pre-heated to 400.  Cool for a few minutes and cut into six (or more) portions.
